Adherence to quality parameters is an integral part of the manufacturing process. To ensure that our products conform to the highest quality specification we have set up laboratories at our plant & office, with state of the art testing equipments.
Company utilises upto 5% of earning towards developing new products and improvement forthe features of the existing products.
Quality assurance is a fundamental and non negotiable part of the way we do business. We continuously focus our manufacturing and allied practices on the concept of 'get it right first time and every time'. To do so, our products, manufacturing process and equipment are rigorously and often checked for quality standards and process deviations, if any.
At Savvy Colors w are careful not to confuse Quality Assurance (QA) with Quality Control (QC).
All the manufacturing industry knows about QC which checks the quality of the products against its Standard, but this doesn't ensure that the Standard is appropriate in the first place nortake care of preventing sub Standard material in the future.
In this centre of excellence we have a dedicated QA Manager who is responsible for setting the product Stnadards and test methods and ensuring that they are met on a regular basis. Through our ISO 9001 registration, we identify quality shortfalls and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This QA Manager liaises with manufacturing, marketing, sales, technical service and QC departments to create and maintain customer satisfaction for our reactive dyestuffs in the global marketplace.
